Product Description
The electric trolley(roll lifter) for shafts handling mod has been designed for the extraction and handling of expanding shafts and chucks from a reel of wound material.
The handling system consists of a base frame mounted on wheels, a pump and an active piston between two guides that direct the load vertically.
Once grabbed with the appropriate clamp, the shaft can be moved through the hydraulically operated group. The vehicle is electrically powered through a high capacity battery.
• Special mechanical design of all electric lift axle truck, convenient to insert 3 inch or 6 inch coil core, fork up the horizontal or vertical paper tube, rotate 90 de-grees, make the vertical become horizontal, horizontal vertical become vertical.
• No bottom leg structure, convenient for all kinds of pallets, machines or directly placed on the ground drum work.
•Apply to papermaking, tape, film, chemical, printing, weaving and other indus-tries, save labor costs, greatly improve work efficiency.
•Electric walking, electric lifting, automatic fork paper, automatic rotation, automatic release cylinder.
•Meet the European standards, export different countries can use different power supplies and plugs to ensure the use.
