Company pay attention to timely and fast after-sales service, respond to the domestic customer of repairing the machine in one day by video, send out accessories the same day. For foreign customers, we teach them to repair with English interpretation by radio, air transportation for small accessories in two days, and send out large accessories in one week, regular telephone call- back in one year and after one year free service. We provide lifelong service which takes only accessories cost. We can also help customers purchase accessories for those electric trucks which are not produced by my company.
