The Manual Oil Drum Carrier is a simple logistics tool that achieves the tasks of transporting, pouring and extracting oil barrels through manual operation. Its core function is to solve the short-distance movement and liquid discharge of 300kg standard oil barrels (or cylindrical containers of similar size). The entire machine consists of a load-bearing structure (frame), a lifting mechanism (pedal pump), a pouring mechanism (locking device, pouring frame), and a traveling component (wheels, steering bearings). It is suitable for scenarios such as workshops, warehouses, and gas stations where there is no power source or flexible operation is required. It uses a manual hydraulic pump to provide lifting power, and combines a mechanical locking device to fix the oil barrel and control its angle, completing processes such as moving the oil barrel from the ground to the workbench and pouring the liquid into containers.
