The Operation Process of the Electric Reel Lifter 

1. Insert the pneumatic shaft into the roll core.

2.Start the expansion system..

3.The keys on the surface of the pneumatic shaft expand and lock the roll in place.

4.The electric hydraulic system lifts the roll.

5.The electric drive system transports the roll to the designated position.

Real-time monitoring of parameters (insertion, pressure, angle, height) and operation status (clamp, rotate, lift). Replaces experience-based guesswork with screen-guided control, reducing operator skill dependence and ensuring consistent process quality.

The dial displays real-time air pressure to prevent roll slippage and core damage. Synchronized pointer movement also helps quickly detect air line and seal leaks during pressure holding.

Inflate for even expansion to lock the paper core, and deflate for quick release for high efficiency. With uniform stress distribution, it firmly positions materials without shifting. The inner clamping design never touches the paper surface, effectively preventing roll / reel material damage.
